Over her career, Elizabeth has developed a reputation of solving problems, making things happen, and creating high-impact talent development initiatives using her passion for Learning & Development and knack for Information Technology.  When you work with Radix Research and Consulting Group, you have access to over 20+ years experience in HR and Training from multiple industries and a partnership with someone who is experienced in all facets of Talent Development, Learning and HR Project Management, Managing the employee life cycle from Recruiting to Offboarding, Facilitation (In-person & Virtual), Survey Design, Data Analysis, Needs Assessment & Needs Analysis, LMS, HRIS, and ATS Administration, and BI Data and Reporting.

Elizabeth is a native of Jackson, Mississippi. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Master's degree in Workforce Training and Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. She also earned certificates from LSU Online & Continuing Education in Human Resource Management, Management & Leadership, Business Project Management, Business Communication, and Social Media Management.
